Random Thought of the Day

For some things, I can understand that finding a consensus or clear fatwa can be hard. But for other things, which are mentioned within the Quran, and clearly stated in ahadeeth, how can we argue? Do we think our opinion is better or more important? AstagfurAllah. Why is it so hard to accept the fact? Why is it hard for people to accept the truth? People are so busy trying to conform Islam and change it to something that will be acceptable to them, but in reality, we need to follow the guidelines of our deen in order to be accepted! All this worry, all this effort, for what? When doing anything, we should look to our hearts, and feel, and reflect upon the verses of the Quran and how that affect us. If you look deep down inside of you, if you are a believer, or have some faith, you will find the answer! You may feel peace with the deed, you may feel shame, and this is what is right. And inshaAllah it will become easy for us, because Islam is easy. We make it hard, so do not make it hard upon yourself. Accept what is, have ease and calm within your heart, because Islam is clear.

The Messenger of Allah (sallAllaahu alayhi wa Salam) said: Allah the Almighty has laid down religious duties, so do not neglect them; He has set boundaries, so do not overstep them; He has prohibited some things, so do not violate them; about some things He was silent - out of compassion for you, not forgetfulness-, so seek not after them.
