Random Thought of the Day
Which of the 99 Names of Allah stands out to you, or that you love the meaning of for a particular reason? I love all of the Names of Allah 'azzwajal, they are beautiful, and I will share a few. For example, Ar-Razzaq, The Provider, I really love, subhanAllah. Allah is truly the Provider of all things, and we must be thankful for this. Also Al-Gaffar, The Forgiver. Allah is Gaffurun-Raheem, He is SO forgiving it is amazing; it makes me sad knowing that some people forget or give up or don't realize the endless forgiveness of Allah. Al-Mudhill, The Humiliator. SubhanAllah, this is something that I am fearful for everyday. Allah will honour whom He wills, and will humiliate whom He wills, we must be aware of this, and seek His honour, inshaAllah. Al-Muhyi, The Giver of Life and Al-Mumit, The Causer of Death. SubhanAllah, we must realize that we are only here to worship Allah 'azzwajal and He is the only reason and the only Dictator of our life and death. As-Sabur, The Patient. SubhanAllah, how great is the Patience of Allah? To have to see what His slaves are subject to everyday, and what they do, ignorant to His commands. Al-Hakam, The Judge. And Allah is the best of Judges, who are we to judge others? Okay, I am going to stop now, I can go on forever... Let me end with this, Abu Hurairah narrated: "There are ninety-nine names of Allah, whoever commits them to memory would go to Paradise. Verily, Allah is odd [Allah is one and it is an odd number] and He loves odd numbers." (Muslim, No. 4835)
